To store, enlarge and adjust your hat. Made of two pieces of cedar wood, this is a sturdy and durable model.
To store the hat, place the conical wooden blocks against the leather or fabric band. This will help absorb moisture and maintain the proper shape and size of the hat.
If you can't keep your hat in a dry place, regular use of the enlarger will help.
The enlarger allows for enlargement up to size 64/65 cm, not beyond!
How to enlarge your hat or cap?
- Spray a small amount of water on the inner area of the hat (coarse grain). Both inside and outside.
- Leave it wet for a few minutes and insert the rounded side down into the hat
- Adjust it where there is a good fit. Expand the tensioner a few more turns and let it sit for a while.
- Be careful not to rush or you may damage your hat.
- Repeat this process until you reach the desired fit.
