Hat return request

How to make a hat return?

  1. Access your account order history.
  2. Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return.
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to return by ticking the appropriate boxes.
  4. Include an explanation, so that we understand why the order is being returned and what you want when you return it.
  5. Once you have completed the form, click on "Return product" and your request will be processed.
  6. Once your return has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  7. Print the return slip from your customer account in the "Returns management" section.
  8. Prepare your parcel with the return slip inside.
  9. Send your parcel by colissimo from your post office to the following address:

If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, you have 100 days to return it to us for an exchange or credit note (14 days for a refund). 

Print out this form and simply return the products to us by Colissimo (return postage at your expense). 

Items must not have been used (washed or worn) and must be in their original packaging.

Packages without a printed returns form will not be processed.
