White French Colonial helmet
This colonial helmet is French in white, with an authentic Vietnam-era design. What distinguishes it from the English helmet is its flat cap and wider edges.
Like the English helmet, this hat is made from the pith of trees from northern Vietname. This hat is particularly sun- and weather-resistant.
A little history: the manufacture of these helmets was handed down to the Vietnamese over a hundred years ago by the French during the occupation. This model of colonial helmet has the largest brim, measuring around 7cm, making it all the more practical for sun protection.
As Colonial Helmets are handcrafted, please note that they may have minor imperfections. However, these imperfections should not affect the appearance or use of the helmet.
