How to use a panama hat
- With this type of hat, it's important to avoid contact with the rain. Straw is highly absorbent and, once dry, can leavestains and weaken the hat.
- Avoid keeping the hat too long in a hot, dry, unventilated place, as a straw hat needs a little moisture to stay in good condition, otherwise the straw can become brittle.
- At all costs,avoid pinching the top of the hat when putting it on or taking it off. Use the right gestures to handle it: grip it by the edges when putting it on or taking it off.
