Avec la propagation continue du COVID-19, la Chapellerie Traclet fonctionne en personnel réduit.

We must do our part to limit the spread of this virus and contribute to everyone's recovery.  

Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.

Given the situation and the directions taken by France, we have closed our store based in Roanne. We remain at your service throughout this period and continue our activity on the Internet by offering our articles online.

For products in stock, these are currently sent on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as the postal services no longer operate on other days. For custom-order products, these will be delayed as our artisans are currently closed.

All orders placed on weekends and early in the week will only be handed over to our carrier on Wednesday. For these orders, the usual delivery time of 2 to 3 days cannot be maintained. 

Regarding our website, we are still shipping with La Poste.

In any case, follow the precautions indicated for your health and that of others.
