- With this type of hat, it's important to avoid contact with the rain. Straw is highly absorbent and, once dry, can leavestains and weaken the hat.
- Avoid keeping the hat too long in a hot, dry, unventilated place, as a straw hat needs a little moisture to stay in good condition, otherwise the straw can become brittle.
- Avoid at all costs PINCHING the top of the hat when putting it on or taking it off - too fragile an area. Use the appropriate gestures to handle it: grip it by the edges when putting it on or taking it off.
- We recommend storing the hat in a damp place. If the hat becomes too dry, you can apply the moisturizing cream to restore its suppleness.

- A panama hat is not designed to withstand rain, so do not immerse it in water.
- To remove small creases or flatten the edges, you can use an iron, protecting the hat with a white cotton cloth.
