Hand wash: soak your hat in soapy water (30°), rinse with plenty of water, smoothing with the flat of your hand. Lay it out without wringing it out (just a pin in the back of the hat), do not twist, fold or wring it out.
As it dries, you can spin it around your fist to reshape it.
Ironing is not necessary, you can do it with a soft iron.
