Refund of return shipping costs with PayPal

If you want your return shipping to be free, pay with PayPal.

Indeed, PayPal covers your return shipping costs. Simply pay for your order with PayPal, and activate the refund service via your account beforehand. If, when you receive your package, the items don't suit you, you can make a request to PayPal refund. You just need to fill out a return shipping refund request on your account, adding proof that you have indeed made the return (regardless of the carrier used).

Following this process, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your request within 1 day. Then, within 5 business days, you will be notified by email if your request has been accepted. In this case, the refund will be processed to your PayPal account within 5 days. 

PayPal refunds up to €30 of your return shipping costs per order, even if you have one or multiple items, the maximum amount will remain the same. Beyond this amount, the difference will be at your expense.
