We do not keep any banking information of our customers after purchase.
The transaction between you and Credit Agricole S.A. is encrypted (SSL). You can verify that you are not viewing a counterfeit. To do this, simply check that the information above matches the security certificate that you can display:
- With Netscape: click on the blue key or golden padlock located at the bottom left of the browser. A window appears: choose to display the page information (show document info or Open Page Info). You will then see the name of the website operator with the server name and headquarters location (on the left), accompanied by the details of the authority that verified this information (on the right).
- With Explorer: in the window, right-click, choose properties and click on security or Certificates. You will then see the name of the website operator with the server name and headquarters location (at the top), accompanied by the details of the authority that verified this information (below).
- With IE5, you need to go to Details and click on Object to display the information.
If you don't see the small golden padlock or golden key, you are not in secure mode. Therefore, you cannot verify the origin of the page. It could be a counterfeit.
The banking information you provide, encrypted on your own computer, will never circulate in plain text on the Internet. No credit card number is stored by the merchant or temporarily during the verification and code entry in the payment terminal.
