The fabric is both very light for summer and, thanks to the small holes, provides excellent air circulation to help evaporate sweat. Designed by Kangol since the 1970s. A tip for curving the visor
The visor of the Kangol cap is made of malleable plastic that can be curved to better suit you and adjust to your skull.
A tip to help you curve it: use a low-power hair dryer for 15 seconds and shape it as desired, then hold it in that position for an additional 30 seconds. This way, you'll get the visor of your choice and, most importantly, a unique Kangol cap. The visor is sewn on, so there's no worry about the cap coming apart prematurely.

History of the word Tropic
Tropic is the name given in reference to the material from which the Kangol fabric is made. It's due to a blend of nylon and polyester that makes it an extremely lightweight and robust cap. The Ventair features a weave of 6 stylized lines bordering the base of the cap that improve the cap's breathability and thus your head, hence its name 'Ventair'.
