It's a hat with certified UPF 50+ protection. Thanks to its wide brims, you'll be protected from rain as well as sun. No need to seek shade, it covers the entire head and neck.
The HyperKewl™ technology used in the Hiker hat allows it to let your head breathe and thus keep it cool. It gently absorbs and removes water from your body to help stimulate the body's natural cooling process. In addition to its breathable material, the Hiker features a mesh lining on the underside of the crown.
To use the HyperKewl™ evaporative liner: Soak the liner in cold water for a maximum of 5 minutes, then insert it into the hat. Thanks to the mesh panel, air circulation will trigger the cooling process. The liner is supposed to lower the temperature by approximately 5 to 7°C compared to ambient temperature, depending on air circulation.
