C'est le 3ème canotier de la marque Fléchet que j'achète. J'ai trouvé que la qualité de fabrication avait baissée.

j'ai déja donné mon avis dans les cases ci dessus. Je souhaite maintenant retourner ce produit qui n' a rien à voir avec un canotier double épaisseur (celui que vous m'avez vendu il y a maintenant 10 ans était bien conforme concernant la double épaisseur). Celui ci ne l'est pas et semble d'une grande fragilité. Merci de m'indique la procédure à suivre
