Le chapeau ne correspondait pas du tout à celui que j'avais vu sur votre site. Celui qui m'intéressait était leur marron avec une forme différente de celui que j'ai recu. Je suis déçu par ma commande. Malheureusement, j'ai endommagé l'emballage en l'ouvrant ce qui fait que je n'ai pas pu vous le renvoyer.

bonjour,Vous avez commandé un chapeau coloris noir, vous ne pouvez recevoir un chapeau en marron.Il aurait fallu choisir la bonne couleur car ce modèle se fait aussi en marron.Sinon pour le retour, il est possible de le renvoyer dans un autre carton si vous l'avez endommagé.CordialementTraclet
