Le produit est certainement merveilleux (je n'aurais pas dépensé autant si je ne l'avais pas cru), le site du Traclet est très bien, son personnel aimable, mais je n'ai toujours rien reçu. D'après Chronopost ça fait une semaine qu'il est bloqué à Lyon du fait d'une "facture incorrecte". C'est la deuxième fois que j'en parle, le personnel du Traclet m'assuré dimanche soir avoir fait le nécessaire pour débloquer le colis, mais d'après Chronopost rien n'a changé. J'espère que ma commande sera honoré, sinon que puis-je faire ? Vous seriez très aimable de m'indiquer une solution. Merci.
