Hat man bicorn National Guard.
The hat is made of woolen felt and of French manufacture.
The bicorn hat is the major headgear, which appears at the end of the 18th century, worn, then, as much by the civilians as by the military. It became, during the 19th century, the exclusive headgear of the representatives of the State, the officers of the army and the representatives of the police.

Ce chapeau est fait en France de façon traditionnelle avec ses passementeries française .
