Chapeau rouge pas de la couleur souhaitée (beige),,garniture cuir non fixée (ne tient pas et tombe dès qu'on enlève son chapeau), carton de livraison trop petit, délai de livraison extra long. A part ça tout va bien.

bonjour, le chapeau que vous avez commandé est coloris rouge. Noté sur le bon de commande. Si vous choisissez la couleur rouge lors de la liste des coloris c'est normale que vous receviez la couleur rouge. Pour le délais de livraison, il est bien noté directement sur la fiche produit.
