White French Colonial Helmet - Traclet
This colonial helmet has the authentic design from the time of colonization in Vietnam. This very sturdy headwear is made from trees growing in northern Vietnam whose wood is particularly resistant to sun and weather.
The manufacturing of these headwear pieces was passed on to the Vietnamese more than a hundred years ago by the French during their occupation. This colonial helmet model has wider brims than the English colonial.
This characteristic softens with humidity and regains its shape when drying. As each colonial helmet is handmade, please note that they may have minor imperfections. However, these imperfections do not affect the appearance or quality of the helmet.
It features ventilation eyelets on both sides of the crown to keep you cool, these brims contribute to this effect by protecting your face and eyes from the sun.
It also features a tone-on-tone fabric trim and a leather strap at the back. Finally, in addition to its white color that will give you the adventurous touch, this helmet has an adjustable internal band to fit all head sizes.
