Cap in the shape of a colonial helmet for the French army, manufactured in Vietnam.
Like English colonial helmets, the size of this helmet is adjustable using Velcro located at the ends of the inner cotton headband. This helmet is identical to the English colonial helmet in terms of quality and materials used for its manufacture.
Its nickname for some is: "sugarloaf hat"

French-style colonial helmet
This helmet-shaped hat has the authentic design from the time of colonization in Vietnam.,This headgear is made from trees growing in northern Vietnam, whose wood is particularly resistant to sun and weather. This characteristic softens with humidity and regains its shape when drying.
This hat is made from the pith of northern Vietnamese trees.
As each colonial helmet is handmade, please note that they may have minor imperfections. However, these imperfections do not affect the appearance or quality of the helmet in any way.
A bit of history about the Colonial hat
The manufacturing of these headgears was passed on to the Vietnamese more than a hundred years ago by the French during their occupation.,This colonial helmet model has a larger brim than the English colonial one.
