These Berthe Aux Grands Pieds knee-high socks with colored heel and toe are fully vanised with Lycra and knitted with a non-compressing ribbed edge.

With a high shaft up to the knee, they will stay perfectly on your legs without compressing them. These knee-high socks are made of high-quality colored silk with controlled origin.

Fantastic, this material is called climate-controlling: the socks are cool and light in summer and warm in winter. You can wear them all year round as you wish! Hand-linked without seams, this finish is particularly refined and appreciated.

The heel and toe are reinforced with a highly resistant foam Nylon thread, resulting in a durable product with significantly increased lifespan. These knee-high socks are also knitted with progressive compression, ensuring the mesh is perfectly adjusted between the calf and ankle when worn.

As the silk used is sensitive to friction, the heel tops are reinforced to prevent any contact between the silk and the shoe counter. The mesh is worked in a honeycomb pattern with alternating vertical stripes adding transparency.
