This hat is made from genuine cowhide leather, easy to care for. Leather is a natural breathable material, so the classic sweatbands or anti-sweat linings are unnecessary. The edges are reinforced, but the hat remains entirely crushable. The crown and brim return to their original shape. This hat can be waterproofed with a spray or silicone sold at most saddleries. The crown can be flattened to store the hat flat.
