Avec la propagation continue du COVID-19, la Chapellerie Traclet fonctionne en personnel réduit.

We must do our part to limit the spread of this virus and contribute to everyone's recovery.

Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.

In view of the situation and the directions taken by France, we have closed our Roanne-based store. We remain at your service throughout this period, and will continue to offer our products online.

For products in stock, they are currently sent on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, as the Post Office is closed on the other days. For products on order, these will be postponed as our craftsmen are currently closed.

All orders placed on weekends and at the beginning of the week will not be handed over to our carrier until Wednesday. For these orders, the usual delivery time of 2 to 3 days cannot be met. 

As far as our website is concerned, we still ship with La Poste.

In any case, follow the precautions indicated for your health and that of others.
