With the continued spread of COVID-19, the Chapellerie Traclet operates with a reduced staff.

We must do our part to limit the spread of this virus and contribute to the good recovery of everyone.

Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.

In view of the situation and the directions taken by France, we have closed our shop based in Roanne. We remain at your service throughout this period and ensure our activity on the Internet by offering you our articles online.

For the products in stock, those are currently sent on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday because the services of the Post Office do not function any more the other days. For the products on order, these will be postponed because our craftsmen are currently closed.

All orders placed on weekends and at the beginning of the week will only be delivered to our carrier on Wednesdays. For these orders, the usual delivery time of 2 to 3 days will not be possible

As far as our website is concerned, we still ship with the Post Office.

In any case, follow the precautions indicated for your health and that of others.
