Laulhere brand
Laulhère was founded in 1840 at the foot of the Pyrenees; near Pau in the town of Oloron Sainte-Marie which at the height of its glory boasted a dozen beret makers. Currently three are still open; the region is recognized as the "cradle of Beret". The Laulhère house continues this heritage. With the purchase of its sister company Blancq-Olibet, Laulhère's mission is to preserve this priceless cultural practice as a French heritage and work to resurrect the beret in France and around the world.
