Want to ensure your hat is always in perfect condition?

The 4-way hat stretcher maintains the crown shape and keeps the hat straight and firm.

It can also be used to carefully stretch leather to potentially make it half a size larger.

An essential tool for storing or stretching your hat.

Made of sturdy and durable wood, it allows you to stretch hats and caps.

If you cannot keep your hat in a dry place, regular use of the stretcher will be beneficial.

To store the hat

Place the stretcher in the hat
Expand the stretcher to obtain the desired size
Place the 2 wooden parts inside the hat at the label level. They must be parallel to the crease, in the crown of the hat
Tighten the handle to adjust the stretcher to the hat size. Your headwear is ready to be stored without damage!

Repeat the previous steps.
Use a teapot/pot and boil clean water. Reduce heat to have a steady stream of steam.
Holding the hat stretcher by the handle, steam directly and uniformly at the crown level.
Turn the screw to get the desired size while applying steam. Don't stretch the hat too much at once! 1/4 size is enough.
Let the hat dry for about 30 minutes before removing the stretcher. Repeat until the hat is the desired size.
