The Tilley T4MO hat is designed with a wide brim made of soft certified organic cotton with polyester mesh.
The mesh allows both hot air to ventilate and cool air to circulate throughout the sturdy cotton fabric is robust.
About the T4MO hat
- Composition: 98% certified organic cotton and 2% elastane
- All Tilley hat fabrics are certified: they block 98% of harmful UVA and UVB rays and offer a UV protection index (UPF) of 50+, the maximum rating awarded
- Even though our hats block 98% of UV rays, some rays CAN penetrate through the 2 cm mesh
How to clean your Tilley hat
- Machine wash on delicate cycle or hand wash. Reshape by hand. Air dry. Do not use bleach. Wash frequently, as unwashed sweat stains may dull it and even cause mold
