Is your hat dirty or misshapen?
We offer to give it a reshaping. For cleaning, we need to receive your hat; therefore, you will need to send the headwear to the following address: Chapellerie Traclet 14 impasse bardin 42300 Roanne by Colissimo. Then, it takes a few weeks for reshaping.
Please note: Under no circumstances will the hat be restored to new condition. It will be cleaned and reshaped based on what you send us, but we cannot make it look brand new. Stains may remain depending on the type of stain and how long they have been on the hat.

Of course, despite our care, if your hat is particularly damaged, please be aware that it will struggle to regain its former appearance!
For example, stains and especially sweat do not disappear completely but leave more or less visible marks. It's best to clean your hat regularly to prevent these from setting into the felt.
