Is your hat dirty or misshapen?
We'd like to offer you a chance to get your hat back into shape. For the cleaning, we need to receive your hat, so please send us the hat cover to the following address: Chapellerie Traclet 14 impasse bardin 42300 Roanne by colissimo. After that, it will take a few weeks to get back into shape.
Please note: Under no circumstances will the hat be refurbished. It will be cleaned and refurbished from what you send us, but we cannot return it as new. Stains may remain on the hat, depending on the type of stain and how long it has been on the hat.

For all your hat maintenance needs, our team offers a complete cleaning service.
It can be tricky to clean your hat yourself. You need to use the right products, but you also need to know what to do. If you prefer to have your headgear professionally cared for, don't hesitate to call on us.
We can also repair or reshape your hat. If it's been deformed, we'll reshape it for you wherever possible.
Of course, despite our care, if your hat is particularly damaged, it will be hard to restore it to its former glory!
For example, stains and, above all, perspiration don't disappear completely, but leave more or less visible stains. It's best to clean your hat regularly to prevent stains from settling into the felt.
