This hat is treated with a specific VitaFelt® process making it waterproof but also allowing it to have a shape that is both rigid and foldable, which holds even in the rain without deforming. It can also be rolled up for easier transport (however, be careful not to do this when the hat is wet) and it will always return to its original shape.
