J’ai commandé 2 chapeaux de la même taille et de la même marque 1 modèle me va bien mais l’autre est beaucoup trop grand J’ai pu le retourner et être remboursé Ce que je trouve anormal c’est d’avoir du réglé 12,00 euros de colissimo pour le retourner

Description très précise (tailles hauteur.largeur des bords).C'est un cadeau qui a plus : exactement la taille et la forme requise. Cuir de joli qualité. Bref : Traclet est bien chapelier et non marchand de chapeaux. Le site est un régal, un voyage à travers le couvre-chef. Merci !
