Refund of return shipping costs with PayPal

If you want your return shipping to be free, pay with PayPal.

Indeed, PayPal covers your return shipping costs. You just need to pay for your order with PayPal and activate the refund service via your account beforehand. If, upon receiving your package, the items don't suit you, you can make a request to PayPal for a refund. All you need to do is fill out a return refund request on your account. Add proof that you have indeed made the return (regardless of the carrier used).

Following this process, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your request within 1 day. Then, within 5 business days, you will be notified by email if your request has been accepted, in which case the refund will be made to your PayPal account within 5 days. 

PayPal reimburses up to €30 for your return shipping costs per order, regardless of whether you have one or multiple items, the maximum amount remains the same. Any amount beyond this will be at your expense.
