How to clean a straw hat?

A straw hat needs maintenance to keep it in good condition. It should be brushed regularly to remove dust and impurities that get into the straw. For stains, you can use a special cleaning product for straw hats that doesn't damage the material and leaves no chemical residue.

Tips for cleaning a straw hat: 

1. Wipe with a soapy water cloth (such as Marseille soap) or with a baby wipe.

2. Clean with a cloth previously soaked in water and wrung out.

Note: do not get your straw hat too wet as this may cause the straw to brown and the hat to shrink.
