Je suis une cliente americaine. Au début, Il y a une petite confusion au sujet de la taille (la traduction anglaise du site web donner des dimensions adultes sur le chapeau de l'enfant) mais Chappellerie Traclet m'a aidé à la réparer tout de suite. Mon chapeau est arrivé aux Etats-Unis dans environ un mois. Parfait état et exactement cela que je voulais. Je recommanderais cette enterprise et leur chapeau provençal. Cela ressemble au chapeau Santon de Jacquemus parfaitement.
