The hat was damaged and could not be worn. One of the riveted snaps was missing. I notified Traclet of this, and they did not respond.

mon mari adore ces casquettes il ne porte qu'elles en été. Elles sont solides : elles durent bien cinq ans malgré une sueur très corrosive. Elles se patinent avec le temps, un charme que j'apprécie. Lavage en machine à 30°, très léger rétrécissement que je compense en étirant la casquette en douceur (les deux poings à l'intérieur) avant le sèchage à l'air libre. Un grand classique qui mérite son prix élevé par sa durée de vie.
