J'ai reçu ce Bod huilé déformé dans le carton, plusieurs traces de pliures sur le devant, je l'ai retourné pour un échange, on m'a renvoyé le même, j'ai eu l'impression que l'on se moquait de moi, je l'ai renvoyé une nouvelle fois et demander le remboursement. après dix jours sans nouvelle, aucun mail ni de message sur mon compte client, j'ai appeler pour être remboursée .

bonjour les traces sont aussi visible sur le bob en photo. Nous vous avons remise en forme le bob mais nous ne pouvons faire mieux . Si vous souhaitez ce bob sans trace, il ne faut pas prendre un bob huilé car c'est cela leur particularité aussi. Cordialement Traclet
