I have ordered 2 Palma Cotton Baseball Caps, in navy and black. Pros: • Arrived on time, within the indicated delivery window. • The baseball caps are comfortable and enjoyable to wear. Cons: • Both caps arrived dirty — they were packed that way, not a packaging issue. • I had to defluff them and will still need to wash them. Very disappointing. Quality control clearly needs improvement. There’s no excuse for shipping items in that condition.

Please excuse us if there's a problem with this delivery. This is quite surprising because my packaging employees are allergic to dust, and we have filters for dust treatment.
