Warranty Terms The Tilley warranty applies only to hats bearing the "Guaranteed for Life" label.

It covers in particular:

Not covered:

• damage caused by misuse 
• improper care 
• stains
• fading 
• shrinkage 
• wear of the cords or certain aesthetic elements 

Before sending your hat In order to speed up the processing of your request, we invite you to: wash your hat thoroughly and remove all items from the secret pocket.

Send us photographs of the hat and the damaged areas before shipping; wait for our confirmation before sending it if necessary. Tilley states that packages sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Some older models are no longer manufactured. If the warranty is accepted, an equivalent model may be offered by Tilley subject to availability. 

Tilley reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible for replacement under the "Guaranteed for Life" policy.
