Regardless of where they are purchased, all lifetime guaranteed hats must be registered within 90 days of purchase for the warranty to be activated. *Exclusions: damage caused by misuse or improper care.

Before returning your hat, remove all personal items from the security pocket. Please wash your hat before sending it to us. Unwashed hats will not be replaced or repaired. When the hat is completely dry, carefully pack and mail it
A shipping fee of 7.00 EUR per hat will be charged. We accept payment by credit card or personal check.
