Regardless of where they are purchased, all lifetime guaranteed hats must be registered within 90 days of purchase for the warranty to be activated. *Exclusions: damage caused by misuse or improper care.
What warranty is offered on Tilley hats?
* normal wear and tear.
* a manufacturing defect.
* defective material.
Before returning your hat, remove all personal items from the security pocket. Please wash your hat before sending it to us. Unwashed hats will not be replaced or repaired. When the hat is completely dry, carefully pack and mail it
A shipping fee of 7.00 EUR per hat will be charged. We accept payment by credit card or personal check.
To find out if your hat has a lifetime warranty, check the label sewn into the crown; it contains the necessary information. Not all Tilley hats are lifetime guaranteed. If you are still unsure

Fabrication canadienne donc très bon produit et rien à voir avec la production chinoise. Finalement il vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher, mais avoir des produits de qualité.
