Très satisfait. Commande conforme. Livraison en 3 à 4 jours. Bords du chapeau légèrement déformés par le carton mais se remet rapidement après. Quelques filaments de paille à couper à ras pour l'esthétique. Prix correct. Fabriqué en France.

Commande passée le 04/06/2020, sans nouvelle pendant 2 semaines j'envoie un message et reçois une réponse le 20 me disant : "La capeline va partir début de semaine prochaine. Normalement, vous devez la recevoir mercredi ou jeudi chez vous." Ne recevant rien, je relance et reçois une réponse le 26 m'informant que la production du chapeau a été achevée ce jour. Les délais supplémentaires ne sont pas toujours un problème, mais on peut parfois avoir besoin d'un produit dans un délais particulier et - le cas échéant - avoir besoin de s'organiser si l'acheminement à temps n'est pas possible. Le produit a l'air de bonne qualité, mais un service client qui ne communique pas ne donne pas forcément envie de commander à nouveau.
