Parfait. En passant ma commande le samedi soir sur le site, je me suis rendue compte le lundi matin que je m’étais trompée de couleur. J’ai appelé la maison Traclet mon colis était sur le point d’être envoyé en colissimo. Un monsieur m’a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de problème, qu’il allait refaire le colis avec la couleur que je souhaitais. J’ai trouvé le geste de ce monsieur très professionnel. En attendant le modèle fabriqué en France avec le label EPV ( Entreprise du Patrimoine Valorisée ) est d’une qualité irréprochable.
