Hat Return Request

How to return a hat?

1. Access your account's order history.
2. Select the order containing the product(s) you want to return.
3. Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the corresponding boxes.
4. Add an explanation so that we understand why the order is being returned and what you want upon return.
5. Once the form is filled out, click on "Return a product" and your request will be processed.
6. Once your return slip is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
7. Print the return slip from your customer account in the "Returns Management" section.
8. Prepare your package with the return slip inside.
9. Ship your package by Colissimo from your post office to the following address:

If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, you have 100 days to return them to us for an exchange or store credit (14 days for a refund). 

Print this form and simply return the products to us by Colissimo (return shipping costs at your expense). 

The items must not have been used (neither washed nor worn), and must be in their original packaging.

Any package without a printed return form will not be processed.
